The Chambourcin Room
In addition to the Tasting Bar and Gift Shop, you will also find the Chambourcin Room on the main level. Perfect for reunions, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, or any other special occasion, this space accommodates up to 64 people.

Hug Cellars
We are excited to have partnered with Hug Cellars in Paso Robles, California in offering their wines at Weingarten Vineyard. Situated in the Central Coast Wine Region, Augie and Raquel Hug established this family-owned winery in 1994 after a successful run as proprietors of the Central Coast Wine Room in Harmony, California.
A deep love for wine and nature is apparent in their rich, flavorful varietals. We are pleased to share our California friendship with the following exclusive offerings:

Opening Date…Coming Soon
We would like to thank everyone for their eager anticipation (and patience!) as we move toward opening our doors. Watch your inbox — once we have an exact date, which should be sometime in May, we will send an announcement.
Initially our Tasting Room hours will be Thursday through Sunday, 11:00am – 8pm. We plan to expand these hours in the future.
